The “Fish Cat 13″ two-person Inflatable Pontoon Boat
Product Information

I have a ton of friends that love to fish for river smallmouth bass but only a few of them have inflatable pontoon boats. I have been thinking about buying a two person inflatable pontoon so that I can take some of my fishing friends with me even if they don’t have a boat. There are many choices when it comes to two person inflatable pontoon boats. The one that I see most often while looking online is the “Fish Cat 13” by Outcast Boats. Outcast makes some of the nicer inflatable pontoon boats on the market right now. They are a spin off company of AIRE which makes some of the most innovative whitewater rafting products available.
One of the best things about Outcast boats is that they offer some of the best customer support and product warranties in the business. The Fish Cat line of inflatable pontoon boats from Outcast are covered under a 5 year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Other, more expensive, inflatable pontoon boats from Outcast are covered under a 10 year no-fault warranty which means no matter what damage has occurred Outcast will fix your boat for free.
The Fish Cat 13 features 900/1200 PVC pontoons with vinyl AIRECell bladders inside. The 11-piece aluminum frame breaks down easily for transporting or storing this inflatable pontoon boat. There are two very comfortable folding seats that sit on taller pedestals for a better seating position. The front seat sits a bit higher than the rear. The front seat also has a casting platform with a waist bar so that you can stand up and fish. The front part of the frame can be removed so that the Fish Cat 13 can be made into a one person craft. Storage is not a problem with the 4 zip pocket storage bags and a rear platform perfect for taking an ice chest with you. When assembled it is 13′ long, 65” wide, and weighs 170lbs. Load capacity is 750lbs. I know that reading the owners manual of a product is always helpful to me when I have questions about the product. This inflatable pontoon boat looks to be a durable choice for a two person boat that will take years of abuse on the river. I will be writing more posts in my quest to find the right two person inflatable pontoon boat for me and I will let you know when I pick the winner.
